This approach is what we missed before deciding to start our own law firm. We held senior positions in large, high-profile projects, but our responsibilities were relatively narrow. We were required to proficiently handle the processes from the legal standpoint... and nothing more.

Meanwhile, we became increasingly aware that innovative legal solutions can also streamline the process from the perspective of finance, logistics or any other. All that you need is to look at the situation from a broader perspective and implement innovative solutions.

That’s why at Kaizen Legal Solutions we focus on a holistic approach. We analyse almost all aspects of our clients’ businesses from a legal standpoint and actively look for any areas for optimisation in this regard. With close relationships and external in-house work, we can look at the processes from all sides. We ask questions and then share feedback and ideas. All of which, naturally, we try to justify in the best possible way.

To put it shortly, we do not like working within fixed boundaries, even if this is what the contract wants us to do. Instead, we like to complete our projects with the sense that we managed to maximise the outcome, and the entire process has been fully optimised... or at least we've done everything we could to achieve that.
